Rare and important work by Salvador Aulestia (Barcelona 1915 – Milano 1994).

Exhibited in the Arengario of the Palazzo Reale in Milan in 1980 during a major solo exhibition entitled "Homage to Cataluña" and later at the Circolo Catalano in Madrid on the occasion of the master's nomination as "Universal Catalan" by the then King of Spain H.H. Juan Carlos de Borbòn.

An abstract work charged with symbolism and meaning, as the Spanish master often liked to suggest in his most significant works. A cosmic universe of deep, intense colors and many of his symbols and shapes, with a banner made with the colors of the Catalan flag in the center.

1975 – 160×120 cm

Large scale work of Ludovico Calchi Novati (Milano 1931-2020).

Performed with his classic black chalk technique he renders an infinite depth of color in which to get lost for a long time.

The lines are representative of an "urban" fabric full of tension, but resolved with a harmony that makes peace with ourselves.

First exhibited in Salsomaggiore Terme in 2001, this is a work with an important pedigree.

Artwork by Bruno Fael (Sacile 1935 - Milan 2015) shown during the exhibition "Homage to Cinema," held at the Fondazione Stelline in Milan in 2001.

This work was dedicated to the direction of Akira Kurosawa and titled "The Seven Samurai."

The tension and movement of the "blades," accentuated by the colors of armor and helmets, are tangible and continuous, creating a perception of continuous dynamism.

Recensita sul catalogo da Frédéric Altman ed accompagnata durante l’esposizione dalla musica dal vivo di Tullio  De Piscopo è uno dei capolavori del maestro friulano.

Made with a bronze base, a slight arched round tends the steel rope on which runs the "dreamstone" made of resin coated with 24kt gold leaf.

At a light touch, the entire structure is set to vibrate intensely and for a long time, almost as if it were a musical instrument.

Fine energies are released into the environment, enriching it with all the poetics of the great Japanese master Kyoji Nagatani (Tokyo 1951).

Seen in the front, we can perceive the linear boundaries moving across the area, almost like the elevations of a territory or the waves of the sea.

Sideways, produces a feeling of being able to cross these "boundaries" through the openings that Lucio Perna cleverly allows us to glimpse and that lead us to observe even what is beyond appearance.

Artwork published in the catalog of the exhibition "The Black Series," held at Tiers Gallery in Tokyo in September 2021.

An "absolute" black absorbs the light and the mind of the viewer, who slowly perceives the white of the shapes that appear to come from the deep spaces of the universe.

Abstraction in Milan - 1975 - 2021 is an articulated journey where 8 great masters are placed side by side and united by the search toward the essence of things through informal expression. An abstraction rich in meaning therefore and witness to one of the most fertile artistic periods of a city that is always in the vanguard, such as Milan.

We thus find in his art objects and subjects of high symbolic content, which not surprisingly are often mixed with the technique of collage, emphasizing their complementarity but also the impossibility of merging with one another.
Achille Repossi's works require attention; we have to spend time to them in order to fully understand their importance and value; they must be observed carefully, and several times, so that one can appreciate that feeling that every work of art should communicate, a feeling that sometimes differs from person to person, and that some gratifies while others torment.

Francesco Virgata (Militello Val di Catania - 1958) works iron as a liquid metal, heating the plate to white heat, then shaping it with the welding electrode, creating drippings that draw its shape.

The heat remains imprisoned in the sculpture, which transmits it back to touch and sight, giving the sensation of being a living object.

Shown in major exhibitions in Italy, it is now available to discerning collectors.
